What the form sends
The inquiry form sends your name, email, optional organization, service interest, project message and permission to reply. It also includes the page address and service name so I can identify your inquiry. Please leave out passwords, participant records, personal health information, customer data and other sensitive material.
Who receives it
Your inquiry goes to Jonathan “Kyle” Hobson through EmailJS and the connected email service. I use it to respond to the project conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Hosting and service providers
GitHub Pages hosts this site. EmailJS processes form submissions. Those providers may process technical information, such as your IP address, under their own policies. This site does not add analytics scripts or advertising trackers. It does not save your form draft to browser storage.

Questions or deletion requests
Email jonathankylehobson@gmail.com to ask about information you have sent or request its deletion. Any retention needed for an agreed project can be discussed in its terms.
