How the work unfolds

We agree on the feature, the working cadence and the decisions I own or support. I use existing research and product constraints to make the design choices concrete enough to review.

As the work progresses, I compare the implementation or prototype with the intended behavior, discuss tradeoffs with your team and document what belongs in the current phase.
